Frank J. DeJoy
Chief Executive Officer

Frank DeJoy is our CEO and a telecommunications and technology growth executive with strategic and operational expertise in the areas of broadband, fiber optics, wireless, and operations support systems.

Frank’s twenty-five-plus-year track record includes global business, network, and product development during executive roles at AT&T, Teleport Communications Group, General Dynamics, Dycom, Quanta Services, & Spectrum Effect.  Frank and the teams he led launched an AI/machine learning software company serving mobile operators worldwide, a CLEC in the USA, deployed thousands of wireless cell sites, thousands of miles of fiber network, and hundreds-of-thousands of Fiber-to-the-Home units.  While at AT&T Wireless, Frank led the growth of the mobile multimedia services network from its inception through its support of over $1B in annual revenues within three years.

Frank earned an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with Highest Honors from Rutgers University.

Afonso Infante
Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Afonso is the CTO and co-founder of Suavei.  An author of three books, Afonso is a strategic planner and focused problem-solver.  He has been building and selling cybersecurity products for 20 years – for companies like McAfee, Websense, Qualys and Tenable.

Afonso earned a Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the Instituto Superior Técnico.

Michael Wiser
Chief Client Officer

Michael Wiser is a veteran in the cybersecurity industry, an experienced executive as well as a product guru. His track record includes accomplishments at Tivoli, IBM, Citadel, which was bought by McAfee, and then Symantec.

Mike is a results-oriented business leader with vast experience building and transforming teams in the security solutions industry utilizing related experience, training, and proven track record in making a positive contribution and leading Teams to achieve success.

Throughout Mike’s career, he has delivered results that maximize company resources and contributing predictably to the business.   Mike drives a blended pragmatic approach focusing the organizations on solving customer problems that customers are willing to pay for while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver strategy, business plans, and P&L contribution.

A frequent speaker at CxO roundtables, VAR, government and industry security events, Mike, is regarded as an authority on distributed security having advised leading Wall Street firms, Fortune 500 companies, and the U.S. government’s most classified agencies on overall security architecture, indent management, mobile workspace, vulnerability management, encryption and data loss protection.
